Vantage Kia Scarborough were very helpful, Becki was our sales person, she took time to listen to what it was we wanted from a new vehicle. She put us at ease and she is certainly very knowledgeable in her role, Becki answered all our questions about the kia Sportage efficiently. We were offered a test drive and she explained clearly how the car worked and what all the instruments on the car did. We didn't feel pressured to buy, but I am so glad we did. During the process of buying the car we were offered refreshments, the coffee was much appreciated. Vantage Kia Scarborough were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they are so professional and friendly. We live in Glasgow, and after a four and a half hours drive to Scarborough, the staff and management at Vantage Kia Scarborough, could not have been any more welcoming and were truly professional from the moment we arrived, until we drove away in our new Kia Xceed. Craig Murly was absolutely fantastic, and although he had come into work that morning to hand over our car, while he was on holiday, he never once hurried us, or indicated in anyway, that we were taking too long, and instead he encouraged my wife and myself to relax and he patiently demonstrated all the controls and features in the car, and connected our phones and set everything up in the Xceed, for both of us. The car was fully fuelled and in immaculate condition inside and out, and after a really enjoyable test drive, we paid for the car, and Craig explained all the paperwork along the way, as we completed the sale. Even then the branch manager was introduced and again, we were very impressed by his professionalism and polite manner, as he again told us all about the Vantage Kia and Toyota branch, and gave us a fantastic lasting impression of just how well organised and yet friendly, everyone at the Vantage Kia Scarborough all the staff are.
Now home and celebrating Christmas, we are both still truly impressed, by the whole experience of buying the Kia Xceed GTLine S from Vantage Kia Scarborough, and we will definitely recommend this branch to everyone we know or meet, as it was really worth the drive to Vantage Kia Scarborough.
